January 23, 2010 from 9:00 am until Noon, the H1N1 Vaccine will be administered in our office by PAF Nurses. Please call our office to schedule this appointment.
January 30, 2010 from 10:00 am until 1:00 pm, H1N1 & Seasonal Vaccine administered by Maxim Healthcare. Please schedule your appointment on-line.
H1N1 Flu Clinic Schedule:
Maxim Health will be administering the H1N1 vaccine for children of all
ages at their regularly scheduled flu clinics. Appointments are scheduled through Maxim Health at the link on the PAF website. Please schedule your appointment on line if you are interested in your child receiving the H1N1 vaccine or mist. Appointments for this clinic are not scheduled by our office.
Thank you for your patience as we work to provide all children with this important vaccine.
We will also give the vaccine to children who are in the office for regularly scheduled appointments as long as vaccine is available. Our doctors recommend that your child receive both the seasonal flu vaccine and the H1N1 vaccine. If you can obtain the vaccine elsewhere prior to our clinics please feel free to do so.
