Maggie received her Bachelor of Science in Human Anatomy and Physiology from the University of Oregon in 2019 and graduated as a Phi Beta Kappa honor society member. Through different internships in pediatric medicine, she discovered the importance of primary care in pediatrics and decided to pursue a career in nursing. Maggie obtained her Masters of Science in Nursing as a Primary Care Pediatric Nurse Practitioner from Vanderbilt University in 2022. While at Vanderbilt, Maggie gained experience at a rural pediatric clinic in Elkton, Kentucky.
Maggie is board certified through Pediatric Nursing Certification Board. She is also a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners. She holds a certification in Pediatric Advanced Life Support.
Maggie moved to Nashville from Santa Rosa, California, in 2020 to pursue her Masters at Vanderbilt. She enjoys cooking, hiking, and traveling with her friends and family. Maggie loves being able to support and educate parents and children as they grow through each stage of development.
We are thrilled to have Maggie, a caring and dedicated Nurse Practitioner, as a part of the Pediatric Associates of Franklin team!
