Danielle was born and raised in New Jersey, but she has called Brentwood and Nashville home for the last 17 years. Danielle received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Belmont University. While completing her undergraduate degree, Danielle worked as a student nurse in a general pediatrics clinic in Nashville, and after she graduated, Danielle joined the team at Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital as a Registered Nurse in the Pediatric Cardiac Intensive Care Unit for over 4 years. Danielle has been a member of Sigma Theta Tau, an Honor Society of Nursing, since 2011. At the bedside, Danielle has been recognized for her strong communication skills and attention to patient safety.

While working in the ICU, Danielle decided to return to graduate school in 2014 to pursue a Master of Science in Nursing. She graduated with honors from the Pediatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner program at Vanderbilt University in Nashville. Prior to joining the team at Pediatric Associates of Franklin in May 2017, Danielle worked as a PNP in a rural community in Tennessee. She is certified through the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board (PNCB) and also holds a certification in Pediatric Advanced Life Support. In addition to general pediatrics, Danielle is skilled in pediatric cardiology and congenital cardiac anomalies. As a nurse practitioner, Danielle strives to positively guide, empower, and educate children and families during their visits. She adores caring for children of all ages and supporting every child’s parent through each stage of growth.

Danielle and her husband live in Nashville. In their spare time, they enjoy being outside with their Great Dane, Mollie, as well as traveling and spending time with their families and friends.
