- At hospital - Hepatitis B #1
- 2 Months - Pentacel #1, Pneumococcal #1, Rotavirus #1, HepB #2
- 4 Months - Pentacel #2, Pneumococcal #2, Rotavirus #2
- 6 Months - Pentacel #3, Pneumococcal #3, Rotavirus #3, HepB #3
- 9 Months - No vaccines given
- 12 Months - MMR #1, Varicella #1, Hep A #1
- 15 Months - Prevnar#4, Either Pentacel #4 or DTaP #4 and Hib #4
- 18 Month - Hep A #2 if 6 months from first
- 24 Months - Hep A #2 if not given at 18 months
- 4-6 Years - MMR #2 and Varicella #2, DTaP #5, IPV #4
- 10-12 Years - Tdap, Meningococcus , HPV(Gardasil)
- Pre-College - Tdap, Meningococcus , HPV if not previously given

- Pentacel is a combination of DTaP, IPV, Hep B given at 2,4, 6 and 15 months
- DTaP is Diptheria, Tetanus, Pertussis for children under 7
- Tdap is Tetanus, Diptheria, and Pertussis for children over 10 and required for 7th grade
- IPV is polio
- Hep A is Hepatitis A (As of 2011, required for daycare and kindergarten)
- Hep B is Hepatitis B
- HiB is Haemophilus influenza type b
- Pneumococcal is pneumococcal conjugate (Prevnar)
- Rotavirus is rotaviral vaccine (RotaTeq)
- Varivax is chickenpox/varicella (Two doses are now required for entering kindergarten and 7th grade)
- MMR is measles, mumps, rubella
- Trihibit is a combination of the DTaP and Hib given at 15 months.
- HPV is a vaccine to prevent HPV (Human papilloma virus.) HPV is a cause of cervical cancer/ genital warts. Gardasil is recommended for all girls over 11 years of age. Boys over 11 years of age who want protection can also recieve Gardasil.
- Meningococcal is the meningococcal vaccine
