Regular Office Hours
Appointments for children sick and well are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM until 4:30 PM.
Extended Office Hours
Acutely ill children only
- Monday-Friday Evening Hours by Appointment starting at 5:30PM
- Saturday By Appointment from 8:00 AM until at least 12:00 PM
- Sunday By Appointment from 9:00 AM until at least 1:00 PM
The office phone lines are answered in the office Monday through Friday, 7:45 AM - 5:00 PM, and limited hours during the evening; on Saturday from 8:00 AM until the office is closed; and on Sunday from 9:30 AM until closing. After these hours our phone lines are answered by our answering service, and there is a doctor on call 24 hours a day.
Extended hours are available by appointment for acutely ill children only. Please call our office to speak with our phone nurse and/or doctor on-call.
Except for emergencies, patients are seen only with appointments. Of course we see emergencies, but it still helps if you call first in case we need to give first-aid instructions before you come in. Please note that regular office hours for all types of visits (including well-child and re-checks) are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Please try to arrive shortly before your appointment time in order to update any paperwork and verify insurance coverage. If you have more than on child who needs to be seen, please schedule an appointment time for each child.
We have a limited staff in the office during evenings and on weekends. There are extra fees for evening, Saturday, Sunday and holiday visits. Our office is closed on Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, and Easter Sunday.
