2008 Flu Clinics
Pediatric Associates of Franklin has outsourced our flu clinics again this
year to Maxim Health Care. We are pleased to be able to offer flu shots to
parents and children at several convenient times on Saturdays and during late
afternoons. We are also offering a Flu Mist Clinic only.
We are offering Flu Mist, Preservative Free Flu Vaccine and Regular Flu
Vaccine.
We will also have enough vaccine for all of our patients and their
parents.
How it works:
Hit the “Schedule Flu
Shot” to schedule your family’s appointment times. You will receive an
e-mail reminder of your appointment the day before it is scheduled.
Arrive at our office 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time to fill out your
consent form and pay Maxim Health.
PAF will not be billing for any flu clinic services. Cash and Checks only
please. Maxim does NOT accept credit cards. We cannot guarantee that your
insurance carrier will pay for services provided by Maxim Healthcare. This is a
pay as you go service.
